45000 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and rules governing use of the 45000 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 45000 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 45000 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 45000 platform is restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 45000 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of being held by underage individuals.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 45000 platform. Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information provided at registration or at any point thereafter may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 45000 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately.
Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the 45000 platform agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian or international law.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform's technical systems, including game software, servers, or databases.
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 45000.
- Sharing your account login credentials with any third party or allowing others to use your account.
- Spreading false information, defamatory content, or harmful material through any of the platform's communication channels.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or attempts to unlawfully exploit platform promotions or bonuses.
Any violation of the above rules entitles 45000 to take immediate action, including account suspension, fund freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 45000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and verified online banking.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Withdrawal of winnings is subject to identity verification and compliance with the minimum withdrawal requirements set by the platform. 45000 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before processing any withdrawal.
Any attempt to make deposits or withdrawals using a third-party bank account not registered in your name may result in the transaction being declined and your account being reviewed. Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details are accurate and up to date. 45000 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by inaccurate information provided by the user.
Liability Limitations & Account Policy
45000 provides the platform on an "as is" basis, without any guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times. While we strive to ensure platform availability around the clock, we are not liable for any losses incurred due to technical disruptions, system maintenance, or events beyond our control.
45000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:
- The user is suspected of or confirmed to be involved in fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
- The user violates any of the terms set out in this document.
- Account has been inactive for a period specified by the platform.
- There are signs that the account is being used by an unauthorised individual.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, 45000 reserves the right to withhold the account balance, subject to internal review and investigation. For account closures requested by the user, any eligible balance will be returned once all conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments
All content on the 45000 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 45000 and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent.
The 45000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. However, 45000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users access such links at their own risk.
45000 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the platform will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by 45000, which may include arbitration or legal proceedings under Malaysian jurisdiction.
